How do I link a warranty to multiple lines on a split ticket sales order?
When linking a warranty line item to product line items on an order, the warranty line defaults to the same delivery type as the product lines to which the warranty is linked. Therefore, if you have an order with more than one delivery type, you cannot link all product lines to the same warranty line. You must enter a separate warranty line for the other delivery type(s) and then link the warranty to product lines with the same delivery type.
