How are sales commissions established and calculated?

Use Commission Settings to establish settings that are then cross-referenced with commission category settings (found in the Product and Customer files) to identify a commission percent stored in either a customer, salesperson, product, or matrix source file.

• A matrix code can be alphanumeric, and you can create up to 1296 different matrices.

• The system reviews each line item on a sales transaction to determine the correct commission percent.

• You can specify only one commission category for each customer and product.
