How can I prevent a salesperson from viewing another salesperson’s activity and commission rate?

Use the View All Sales Information field in the Create a User/Group Actions – Sales Security settings to restrict a salesperson’s ability to view activity. This setting allows you to permit users to view and report only their own activity, all activity, or  activity only for the login location. In order to use this feature, the Sales Security Access field on the Advanced tab of Point of Sale Control Settings must be enabled. See the Sales Security Overview for further detail.
