Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges
It is Georgia Furniture Mart’s Policy that items must be returned within 7 days
of delivery or pick up date for a refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fee, re-delivery fee and/or return merchandise pick up fee and a 25% restocking fee; items being exchanged for product of equal or greater value will only require a 10% restocking fee. All product must be in new condition and a purchase receipt must be provided at the time of pick up or drop off of product. Refunds will be issued by check with in 10-14 business days of the return or funds credit to the card used at the time of purchase.
Accessories, Bedding, Lamps, Pictures & Plants are Non-Returnable &
Non-Refundable. Extended Warranties for Fabric, Leather & Wood Protection
are Non-Refundable. Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.
Cancellations
It is Georgia Furniture Mart’s Policy that an order must be cancelled before product has been
delivered or picked up for a refund of the purchase price, less a 5% restocking fee. The refundable amount may also be used towards any additional open orders or reselection of new product. Refunds will be issued by check with in 10-14 business days of the return or funds credit to the card used at the time of purchase.
Special Ordered product is Non-Refundable.
Clearance & As-Is Merchandise
It is Georgia Furniture Mart’s Policy that Clearance or As-Is product will not be held on layaway and must be picked up or delivered within 5 days of purchase. Failure to obtain product within 5 days of purchase will result in the cancellation of those items, the balance will remain as a store credit, less a 25% cancellation fee. Clearance and As-Is items including, but not limited to, discounted goods, floor models, previously owned items, and defective or damaged products.
You may cancel your order without charge. If the order is for a stocked item, cancellation must be prior to shipping. If you refuse delivery after shipping, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to this Return Policy and specific Manufacturer rules (see the Product Page or call us for details).
